WSU to celebrate graduates during virtual ceremony this Saturday

PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University will celebrate its spring graduates this Saturday with a virtual commencement ceremony.

WSU announced in March that an in-person commencement would be postponed to August because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but an online ceremony would take place on the originally scheduled date.

Graduates and their families can submit their WSU memories, pictures and videos using #CougGrad. Those words and images will appear on-screen during the webcast and preshow, which will start at 9:45 a.m.

The livestream will begin at 10 a.m. All are welcome and no registration is required. Those looking to tune in can watch that stream here.
