WSU Spokane to begin renovations on Phase One building this summer

SPOKANE, Wash. — WSU Spokane will begin a remodel of its Phase One Building on the Health Sciences campus this summer.

The 113,000-square-foot building will house the student center, active learning classrooms, faculty offices for the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, and a student testing center. Completion of the remodel is set for the Summer of 2023.

The public is invited to the Phase One Construction Kickoff on Thursday to get a sneak peek at what the new facility will look like once the project is complete.

WSU Spokane Leadership, WSU Spokane Capital Projects Team, Bouten Construction, and Henneberry Eddy Architects will be in attendance.

The kickoff is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Phase One Building, located at 668 N. Riverpoint Blvd.
