Woman found deceased in South Hill home
Detectives are investigating the discovery of a woman found deceased in a home on the South Hill Wednesday morning.
Police report the woman, found in a home at 9th and Thor, had been dead for at least 12 hours.
The man who found the woman and reported her death to authorities has been arrested on an unrelated warrant.
The medical examiner is on the scene working to determine the woman’s cause of death. Spokanimal is also at the home taking care of a dog that was found injured inside the residence.
