…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM PST THIS
AFTERNOON…
* WHAT…Freezing rain expected. The ice will result in locally
slick conditions. Ice accumulations will vary from a few
hundreths in the Columbia Basin and Moses Lake areas to a
tenth of an inch or more around Leavenworth, Plain, Stehekin
and Holden Village.
* WHERE…Moses Lake, Ephrata, Othello, Quincy, Ritzville, Grand
Coulee, Odessa, Wilbur, Coulee City, Wenatchee, Chelan, Entiat,
Cashmere, Leavenworth, Mazama, Twisp, Winthrop, Stehekin,
Conconully, Blewett Pass, Loup Loup Pass, Waterville,
Mansfield, and Badger Mountain Road.
* WHEN…Through 4 PM.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Be prepared for locally slick conditions
today. The spotty nature of the freezing rain may produce a
glaze of ice in some areas.
