* WHAT…Rain and Freezing rain occurring. The ice will result in
difficult travel conditions. Additional ice accumulations of up
to one tenth of an inch are expected.

* WHERE…Rosalia, La Crosse, Oakesdale, and Tekoa.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times.
