…WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY EVENING
THROUGH LATE TUESDAY NIGHT…
* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Plan on difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute on Tuesday.
Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches, with mountain
accumulations up to 15 inches, are possible.
* WHERE…Republic, Inchelium, Wauconda, Chesaw Road, Highway 20
Wauconda Summit, Boulder Creek Road, and Sherman Pass.
* WHEN…From Monday evening through late Tuesday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heavy snow accumulations Tuesday will
create very difficult travel conditions. Localized power outages
will be possible from heavy wet snow. Heaviest snow
accumulations will be near the Canadian Border with a transition
to rain for the southern valleys.
