* WHAT…Snow expected. Travel will be very difficult with slick
roadways. Total snow accumulations of 8 to 15 inches are
expected above 4500 feet. Lesser amounts will occur below 4500
feet.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Be prepared for significant reductions in
visibility at times and slick snow packed roads.
