Warmer weather finally brings strawberries to Green Bluff
COLBERT, Wash. — Strawberry season has finally arrived on Green Bluff!
The cold, wet spring we’ve had delayed U-pick strawberries for weeks, but now Green Bluff Growers are opening up now that we’re warming up.
Here are some places that offer strawberry picking:
- Knapp’s on Green Bluff
- Siemers Farm
- Walters’ Fruit Ranch
- Strawberry Hill Nutrition Farm
- Big Barn Brewing Co. & Bodacious Berries Fruits and Brews LLC
As usual, the best rule of thumb is to call a farm ahead of time — sometimes the fruit gets picked out and a few days are needed for more to grow!
