Vandals play host to UCSB in College Insider.com tourney
The University of Idaho men’s basketball team is playing host to UC Santa Barbara Wednesday in the first round of the College Insider.com Tournament. Tipoff at the Cowan Spectrum is 7 p.m.
Tickets for Wednesday’s game at $10 with University of Idaho basketball season ticket-holders having the option of Club Room seating for $10. Contact the UI ticket office at 208-885-6466.
Idaho and UCSB first played in 1964 with the Gauchos of the Big West Conference leading the series 13-5. UCSB advanced to the championship game of the Big West Conference last Saturday against Long Beach State. LBSU won 77-64.
