Two WSU students injured in rollover crash

COLFAX, Wash. — Two Washington State University students were injured in a rollover crash near Colfax Friday morning.
Whitman County Sheriff’s Office deputies said the crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Colfax Airport Road.
Deputies said Madison Tufts was driving westbound when she slid off the icy road and hit an embankment, rolling the vehicle on its top.
Her passenger, Alexa Parrish, was extricated by Colfax Volunteer Firefighters.
Both women were taken to Whitman Hospital and Medical Center in Colfax and were treated for minor injuries.
