Two others arrested in Spokane for role in alleged human trafficking operation

SPOKANE, Wash — Two more people are in the Spokane County Jail charged with human trafficking and commercial sex abuse of a minor; they join another Spokane man accused of pimping of underage girls for sex in Spokane.
Alexis Q. Manzano was booked into the jail last week. She was arrested one day after Pierre Davis (pictured below), who KXLY4 first reported was arrested for pimping out teenage girls.

Kendyl A Dunn (pictured below) was arrested on the same charges the same day; his bond is set at $500,000.

Davis, Dunn and Manzano are all named in a court affidavit. Several others are named in the affidavit as well, but have not been arrested.
According to the court paperwork, a person named Kendyl Dunn was in custody in the Benton County Jail in Kennewick. Investigators uncovered several calls Dunn placed from jail; “[the investigator] recognized the voice of Pierre Jamel Davis from prior personal interaction with him”, according to the court records.
Investigators were able to confirm Dunn also called Manzano. In several of the calls, investigators believe Dunn was expressing frustration about prostitutes declining appointments with potential customers.
In one call outlined in court documents, investigators say Dunn and Manzano discussed one of the underage girls leaving money on his books at the jail. The court document says “based on the content and context of this conversation, that Manzano controlled parts of the Commercial Sex Abuse of a minor while Dunn was in jail.”
In another call, Dunn allegedly said “Alexis is my uh eyes and ears.”
Investigators also mention searching the social media accounts of Dunn and Davis and that they “found several entries that appeared to be attempts at recruiting females for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.”
