Thursday Market returns to the Perry District
SPOKANE, Wash. — If you’re looking for another chance to support local, you can find it this Thursday in the Perry District.
The Thursday Market reopens from 3-7 p.m. You’ll find vendors lining the street at 924 S. Perry.
This year’s market will be a little different. The South Perry Farmer’s Market Association is implementing some safety guidelines in order to slow the spread of COVID-19.
You’ll now be asked to purchase your items without lingering for an extended period of time. They also ask that you wash your hands before entering the market. In a farmers market shopping safety advice flyer, the association says if you touch an item, you have to buy it.
They’re also asking that you leave pets at home and maintain social distancing at all times.
You can find a full list of markets and locations HERE.
