Throw on the shades, but stack on the layers -Nikki

SPOKANE, Wash. — Good Thursday morning! Expect another dry day with sunny and cold conditions.

Late Sunday and into Monday we are keeping a close eye on. This is when we’ll see potential for rain and snow showers. The bulk of it may just be in the higher elevations. But keep this in mind if you’re going to be traveling this weekend. Mountain passes may be impacted.

But for today, sunny and cold.

We are almost to the weekend – congratulations! Good news from the weather desk – we are expecting sunny, clear, and dry conditions today, Friday and into Saturday. Keep in mind, however, it will still be cold. Temperatures will hover around the low to mid 40s in Spokane for the coming days. Wear layers. Overnight lows will sit in the low 20s.

Winds will stay, overall, light today. This morning, it’s kicking up stronger in the Palouse area. Spokane can expect wind speeds around 5-10 mph.
