Three injured in SR 2 collision

Three people were injured Monday morning after a three-car accident on SR 2 near Russell Road.

Authorities at the crash scene said a silver vehicle attempted a U-turn, triggering the three-car accident.

The condition of the three people who were transported from the scene is not known.

Traffic was shut down to one lane in each direction as authorities investigated and cleared up the crash scene.
