Thieves hit Lewiston bike and skateboard shop
LEWISTON, ID – A downtown Lewiston bike and skateboard business was hit by thieves overnight. A passerby called Lewiston Police this morning at about 5:18 a.m. to report the window on the east end of Covey’s Bike & Board at 621 Main Street was broken out. It was discovered that five bicycles were stolen, ranging in price from $350 to $3,000.
The description of the bikes is as follows:
The BMX bikes are; a black and orange Verde Eon, an all red Verde Vex, an orange Cult CC01, and Justin Covey’s personal ride which is a raw silver Cult Deathrow. The roadbike is a black carbon fiber Cannondale, according to store officials.
