Thief steals $98,000 worth of ramen noodles

Nearly $100,000 worth of ramen noodles was stolen from a trailer parked at a Georgia convenience store between July 25 and Aug. 1, The Citizen reported.

According to the report, Fayette County Sheriff Barry Babb said a 53-foot trailer with $98,000 worth of noodles inside was stolen from a Chevron store on Georgia Highway 85 North.

Fox 5 Atlanta reported the trailer was secured at the time of the theft and that the owner was given permission to park at the store.

No information on any potential suspects was reported.
