Annual Food and Wine Festival returning to Coeur d’Alene
COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — It’s back! The third annual Coeur d’Alene Resort Food and Wine Festival runs February 7-9.
The weekend-long festival is nearly two months early this year, but at the perfect time. If you’re looking for a mini stay-cation, Valentine’s celebration or an excuse to enjoy great food and drinks, this festival is your opportunity.
The resort will feature 18 different local wineries, paired dinners, classes and tasting events. Local celebrity chefs will help culminate the third annual Food and Wine Festival at the Grand Tasting. Chef Chad White, owner of TT’s Brewery and BBQ will cook brisket. Ricky Webster, who recently won the “Christmas Cookie Match-Up” on the Hallmark Drama channel, will create a massive choc-cuterie board featuring chocolate creations instead of cheese and meat.
