In what has been a turbulent year for budget making at Spokane Public Schools, the administration believes they have done the best they could with the many variables they were faced with.
Spokane Public Schools superintendent Shelley Redinger told parents and teachers Thursday the district will not be laying off as many employees as it originally announced in April.
