Spokane County Prosecutors: Sheriffs 'justified' in using lethal force during summer shooting
The Spokane County Prosecutors Office has determined that Spokane County Sheriffs Michael Brooks, Timothy Jones, Jerry Moffett, Jason Petrini, Randy Watts, Travis West and Brandon Wilson were "justified" in using lethal force against Bryan Bayne.
