Monday is Indigenous Peoples Day, and you can enjoy it with friends at family at a potluck and powwow in Spokane.
Dancers and people of all ages filled Riverfront Park this weekend for the 28th annual Gathering at the Falls Powwow.
Native arts, performances, food and music can all be found at the Gathering at the Falls Powwow. Tribes from places like Idaho and Montana, and as far as New Mexico and South Dakota will travel to Spokane for the weekend long event. Anyone is invited to attend the activities, though that aim to provide attendees with a unique cultural experience.
The 2018 Coeur d'Alene Julyamsh Powwow has begun.
