Local woman creates winter kits for homeless dogs and people
A local woman is working to help homeless people and dogs this winter. While the official start to winter isn't until next month, temperatures are already dropping below freezing at night and early in the morning. Which means many homeless people are out in the cold. It's a sight that inspired a local resident to take action.
