Spokane man accused of shooting, killing girlfriend appears in court
Howard Lackey, 49, appeared in Spokane County Superior Court Monday after being charged with second-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm. Lackey is accused of killing his girlfriend Keli Jurdy during an argument at home in April.
