Monaco Enterprises of Spokane Valley settles suit with feds
SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. (AP) — Monaco Enterprises Inc. will pay $5 million to settle a lawsuit alleging the Spokane Valley company siphoned millions of dollars from the federal government by overbilling or billing for services it never provided.
