A level 3 sex offender from Chelan County accused of raping and assaulting a Cenex Zip Trip employee just two days after he was released from jail has been charged with two additional crimes from the incident.
Spokane Valley Major Crimes Detectives are trying to identify two males and one female, who stopped at the Cenex Zip Trip Store on Trent around the time of the sexual assault on January 13.
Spokane Valley Sexual Assault Unit Detectives learned that Michael Rush, who is accused of raping and assaulting a Cenex Zip Trip employee, had arrived at the store several hours before the incident, before returning and committing the assault.
