The Coeur d'Alene Press reports in a 3 to 2 vote Monday night, the Coeur d'Alene School District's Board of Trustees voted to ban cell phone use in its schools.

White House personal cell phone ban starts next week
The White House ban on staffers using personal cellphones in the West Wing will go into effect next Tuesday, according to an internal memo sent Wednesday by chief of staff John Kelly.
