(AP) - The Clallam County Sheriff's Office says a 58-year-old Sequim man died after a fishing boat capsized off Cape Flattery in the Pacific Ocean.KOMO-TV reports that three people were in the non-commercial fishing boat Friday afternoon near Tattoosh Island when a wave hit the vessel.The wave pushed the boat against the rocks, and it flooded.
