Vermont lawmakers have passed a bill that will require all single-user bathrooms in public buildings or places of public accommodation to be marked as gender-neutral.
Voters in Anchorage, Alaska, narrowly rejected a proposal to restrict bathroom access for transgender people, the first time such a measure was decided at the ballot box.
Now that North Carolina has partially repealed its anti-transgender "bathroom bill," the NCAA said it will no longer ban the state from hosting future championships.
