Sunshine and showers in the Memorial Day Weekend forecast

After a soggy week of weather, we will be warming up and drying out for MOST of the weekend.  Although there’s still a chance of mountain showers Saturday, expect a mix of sun and clouds in the valleys.  Temperatures will still be running a bit below average, topping out in the lower 60s.

Sunday will be the warmest, sunniest day of the weekend. The chance of showers returns for Memorial Day Monday, and to a lesser extent, Tuesday.  Up next, a STRONG warming trend Thursday and into Saturday with a good chance of temperatures in the 80s.

We’re actually a little overdue for our first 80°+ day in Spokane!  The average date of our first 80° day is May 12th.  So far, we’ve only hit 78°
