Student Shot, Dies In Tenn. School Shooting
KNOXVILLE — Knox County’s Chief Deputy confirmed the 16 year old student who was shot during a fight with another student at Central High School Thursday morning died at a hospital in Knoxville.
The shooting was reported to police at about 8:10 a.m. at Central High School. Captain Mike Duncan of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office tells the Knoxville News-Sentinel that a suspect was found on a nearby street about 10 minutes later.
