Springdale water boiling notice lifted
SPRINGDALE, Wash.— A water boiling notice has been lifted for the City of Springdale.
People who live in Springdale were required to boil their water before using it.
The Stevens County Sheriff’s Office said Springdale issued a notice for people who use their water system.
SCSO said to bring your water to a rolling boil for one minute before using it. SCSO also said it takes around 30 minutes for the water to cool, so be sure to make a plan.
SCSO added to boil a batch of water beforehand so you don’t have to use it hot and burn yourself. Boiled water can be used to wash, drink and cook.
If you are still having issues, you can contact Springdale City Hall for more information at 509-258-7258.
