SPOKANE, Wash. — This week, we visited Timber Creek Coffee Company, which just moved in to the South Hill. The place is cozy and eclectic, with coffee shop fare, but also with an organic oatmeal bar, and all kinds of knick knacks for sale, made by the owners themselves!
