Spokane Valley Preps For Valleyfest

SPOKANE VALLEY — Sunrise on Saturday will be met with a cluster of hot air balloons in the skies of Spokane Valley as Valleyfest kicks off its 18th year.

Valleyfest has been in the community since 1990 at the Mirabeau Point Park.

The Valleyfest weekend starts Friday evening with the “Hearts of Gold” parade and Cinema in the Park.

The festival starts Saturday with a hot air balloon launch, a fun-run and pancake breakfast.
