Spokane Shock Getting Ready To Host Title Game

SPOKANE — Monday night the Spokane Shock will host the Arena Cup, and the good news for Shock fans is they will get to see team play for the title.

The Shock are a perfect 3-0 in the playoffs this season, and have won 10 of the 11 home games.  But this is by far the biggest game this franchise has ever played here in the Arena.  For the Shock, the fact that they will have a couple extra days before they play the title game will make a big difference.

“Well, you know, we had some bumps and bruises in the game, and the extra two days off has been very good for us. We gave the guys yesterday off, and we’ll come back tonight for a team meal and film, and start getting prepared with the players for Tennessee Valley. As coaches, we’ve been looking at them since Sunday morning,” head coach Adam Schackleford said.

Monday the Shock and the vipers will meet for the AF2 title.
