Spokane rents are up, according to new report

SPOKANE, Wash. — An April 2018 report shows that Spokane rents increased over the past month.
According to apartmentlist.com, Spokane rents have increased .6 percent over the past month, and are up 4.1 percent in comparison to the same time last year.
Currently, median rents in Spokane are at $670 for a one-bedroom apartment, and $890 for a two-bedroom.
The report also states that rents have been increasing not just in Spokane, but in the entire state as well. The reports does stress that Spokane is still more affordable than most large cities across the country.
