The Spokane County Library District is offering a slew of passes connecting people to activities, cultural events and the beautiful outdoors.

The first of these is the Family Museum Pass – which can be reserved online, up to 30 days in advance, granting access to the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture of the Mobius Center for the day. The pass provides admission for up to two adults and four children, and can be booked once every 30 days.

All you need to book your activities is your library card.

If you prefer to sit back and let the art come to you, consider the Spokane Symphony Pass. You can reserve up to four passes, each of which can be redeemed for a seat at a performance; then, simply print your voucher and take it to the Fox Theater box office and claim your tickets no later than 2 hours before the show.

You can find a list of all 2019-2020 performances on the Spokane Symphony website.

Perhaps one of the sweetest deals of all is the Check Out Washington backpack, part of their ‘Library of Things’ collection – providing binoculars, field guides, interpretive materials and a special Discover Pass for exploring state parks. For folks who might not ordinarily be able to get ahold of one of these passes, the Check Out Washington backpack is an invaluable deal.

The best part is that for this Discover Pass, a specific license plate number is not required, meaning that library customers can use any vehicle they want, even rentals, to park at and use Washington State Parks. You can reserve the Check Out Washington backpack here.
