SPOKANE, Wash. — SCRAPS has launched an investigation after a viral video appeared to show an employee at a local pet daycare abusing a dog.

The woman who posted the video said it involved a worker from Jeanne’s Doggy Daycare. 4 News Now reached out to the company on Tuesday and an employee said the man seen in the video has already been fired.
