SPD: Missing 13-year-old boy found safe

SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Police confirmed 13-year-old Hunter Simmons was found and has been safely reuinted with his family.
Hunter was last seen around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday near the 3400 block of E. Carlisle Ave. He was last seen wearing a red or grey shirt and black track pants. Hunter has autism.
Due to his cognitive function, age and the amount of time he has been missing, police are asking for help locating him.
Simmons was also reported missing on July 12, but was quickly found.
