Sound Off 12/20 – Spokane Police Use of Force

What do Spokane Police need to do to improve accountability with the people of our city? That was the task placed before Mayor David Condon’s Use of Force Commission earlier this year. Today, the commission handed over 26 recommendations, including body cameras for officers and increased powers for the police ombudsman.
