Snow falling across the Inland Northwest, take time on your morning commute
Snow fell across the Inland Northwest Tuesday morning, making conditions a bit trickier for drivers.

Slow your roll! Your morning commute will be a bit tricky.
Snow began falling across the Inland Northwest Monday night and continued into Tuesday morning. As of 3:20 a.m., about 1.4 inches of snow had fallen in the Spokane area. Another inch is expected to fall before rain moves in.
People traveling to work should take extra time on their commute as roads will be slick.
City of Spokane crews began plowing and deicing roads on Monday night, but conditions will make for sloppy travel.
Conditions will turn slushy into mid-morning with above-freezing temperatures moving in later Tuesday night.
Rain showers are expected for New Years Day.
