Snoqualmie Pass reopens, Blewett Pass closed due to crashes

WASHINGTON — WSDOT says both directions of I-90 near the Snoqualmie Pass have reopened, and parts of Blewett Pass are closed due to crashes in the area.

WSDOT says both directions of I-90 near the Snoqualmie Pass were closed because of multiple spinouts and blocking collisions. Eastbound I-90 was closed at milepost 34 near North Bend and westbound at MP 106 near Ellensburg. WSDOT says they have since reopened.

WSDOT says US 97 Blewett Pass is closed from MP 150 near Lauderdale to MP 178 near Ingallis Creek because of multiple crashes and spun out vehicles from failing to follow chain advisories.

They say there is no estimated time to reopen.
