Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office locates missing eight-year-old boy
SHOSHONE CO., Idaho — The Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office was looking for a missing eight-year-old in Lake Elsie over the weekend.
They received a call on Saturday, alleging that around 50 campers were looking for the missing boy, who went missing after playing hide-and-seek.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, that boy has since been located – an ATV rider found the child unharmed some hours later, and immediately called the Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office. The rider brought the child back to the camping area and reunited him with his family.
The Sheriff’s Office thanks everyone involved in the search.
