Semi truck crash blocks eastbound lanes of I-90 near Maple Street exit
SPOKANE, Wash. — UPDATE (3:20 p.m.): All lanes are back open along I-90, according to WSP.
UPDATE: According to WSP, a semi driver headed westbound swerved to avoid hitting another vehicle. The semi driver’s trailer overturned, sending a load of crushed cars into eastbound lanes. Multiple eastbound vehicles were hit by the crushed cars.
Two eastbound lanes are now open. Tow trucks are on scene. No serious injuries have been reported, but multiple people have been taken to local hospitals.

LIVE: There’s a large back-up in the eastbound lanes of I-90 near the Maple St. exit which has shut down that portion of the freeway in both directions. AVOID THE AREA.
