Semi Rollover Accident Shuts Down Highway 25
NORTHPORT – Crews are having some difficulties removing a semi-truck that rolled over on Highway 25 three miles south of Northport early Friday morning.
The accident happened at 5 a.m. as the truck, carrying nitrogen, crashed and leaked the nitrogen onto the roadway.
A tow truck arrived at the scene and so far has been unable to upright the vehicle as of the most recent update shortly after noon.
The southbound lane of the roadway has been reopened to traffic.
