SCRAPS holding Valentine’s Day sale this weekend

SPOKANE, Wash. — Adopt your special someone at SCRAPS this weekend with their Valentine’s Day sale.

Friday through Sunday, SCRAPS is inviting folks to come adopt a pet for their ‘Adopt Unconditional Love’ event.

Cats will be $18 and dogs will be $28.
