SPOKANE, Wash. — The River City Cup, a popular youth soccer tournament in Spokane, is canceled due to U.S. Extreme Heat guidelines.

The tournament was canceled at the same time last year due to smoke.

With that in mind, according to FC Spokane, they are still projecting a large River City Challenge tournament in late August.

The 2022 River City Challenge is from August 26-28 at the Spokane Polo Fields.

You have until August 1 to register your team for the tournament. More information can be found HERE.
