Ridpath Club Apartments now leasing

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Ridpath Club Apartments is now leasing.

According to the building’s Facebook post, every one of their fully renovated rooms was once a room in the historic Ridpath Hotel.

The first tenants will move into the building next month.
