Reardan bank robbery suspect arrested at Airway Heights casino
REARDAN, Wash. — UPDATE: According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Bernard E. Mallory was arrested around 2:00 a.m. Wednesday at a casino in Airway Heights. Police became aware of Mallory when he was gambling with large amounts of cash.
Over the course of an 11-hour investigation, Airway Heights Police obtained probable cause to arrest Mallory and positively identified him as the suspect from Tuesday’s robbery at a U.S. Bank in Reardan.
Mallory is charged with 1st Degree Robbery. He’s been booked into the Lincoln County Jail.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect who robbed the U.S. Bank in Reardan Tuesday afternoon.
The suspect is described as a 50-year-old white male, who was wearing a black stocking cap, grey sweatshirt, and khaki pants, with black shoes, white soles, and a neck tattoo. He may be driving a small faded red sedan.
