Possible hostage situation in West Plains turns out to be false alarm

Spokane County sheriff’s deputies responded to a hostage situation in West Plains Tuesday morning that ended up being a false alarm. 

According to deputies the situation ended up being an argument. 

They say a woman called police because she was having an argument with her husband.

When police arrived she was not at the residence and later arrived at one of the road blocks. 

Deputies then determined the situation was a call over an argument.
