Spokane Bomb Squad determines ‘suspicious package’ in Coeur d’Alene was not explosive

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — Police and the Spokane Bomb Squad determined there was no explosive inside a suspicious package found in Coeur d’Alene on Saturday.

Coeur d’Alene Police initially responded to the reports at the intersection of 9th and Locust. Police said the Spokane Bomb Squad was called in to determine whether or not the package was explosive.

They determined it was not dangerous.
