Police search for stolen motorcycle

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Spokane Valley Property Task Force Detectives are investigating the theft of this 2007 Backyard Custom Sport Chopper that was stolen from a parking lot.
At approximately 8:30 p.m. on March 24, a male reported the theft of his motorcycle. The victim said it was parked in the rear of a parking lot located in the 12300 block of East Desmet Avenue and was stolen sometime during the day between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The victim said his bike is very loud and idles at over 170 decibels. He also said it was very heavy, making it exhausting to push.
The motorcycle is described as very noticeable, as it is bright red with a L.A. Choppers style spring seat.
There is a black Jolly Roger flag on the gas tank and “Made in the U.S.A” stenciled on the rear fender.
The victim said the bike is one of only 64 made and he estimated the value at over $47,000.
